About Dr. Jefferds
As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Joshua B. Jefferds offers over a decade’s worth of intense study and practice of the “wellness” model of medicine. He has honed his focus on men’s health issues, including bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), sexual health, and weight management/body composition. He is proud to have helped hundreds of men realize their health goals over the years. A graduate of the National University of Natural Medicine, Dr. Jefferds has also received training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging (A4M). Most importantly, he has logged countless hours successfully evaluating and treating men with issues relating to hormone imbalance, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, weight management and more.
Dr. Jefferds was born and raised in the Bay Area – part of a proud Golden Bear family. He enjoys spending most of his free time with his family – relaxing at home and exploring the region.
